Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Delivery on selected products and promotional offers.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment confirmation.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, our team may contact you via call or SMS for order confirmation. Orders that are not confirmed may be delayed or cancelled.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Please ensure that:

  • The provided address and phone number are correct
  • Someone is available to receive the parcel

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking details through SMS or WhatsApp (if available).

Failed Deliveries

If:

  • The customer is unavailable
  • The phone number is unreachable
  • The address is incomplete

The courier may return the parcel back to us.

Repeated fake or refused orders may result in restriction from future purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • Wrong product
  • Missing item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures/videos of the parcel and product.
